First caper order. Upon arrival happy to see BIG buds and aroma was wonderful. Tried one right out of the jar. First impression compared to good quality megamart capers: very agreeably floral, saltier, but quite bitter. I can’t wait to try in puttanesca sauce and tartar sauce. When I do, I may upgrade my review.
