The traditional tasty pickles began in the bustling neighborhood of tenement apartments on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Especially in New York City, pickles has always been one of the most savoring snack and ingredient in all of your meals. Alan Kaufman, has kept the pickle tradition going since 1981. The owner of – The Pickle Guys – which opened in 2000, serves one of the best brine pickles in New York City. His long experience of pickling combined with the best recipes from his briny veterans in the neighborhood is what makes his pickles the one to remember. Each pickle is submerged with fresh spices and other natural ingredients.
